Charles Wooten is a partner at the law firm of Roberts, Wooten and Zimmer LLC. An active member of the Hillsboro community, Charlie has served as a guest speaker and lecturer for various civil organizations and educational programs, serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College and guest lecturer at Jefferson College and currently serves as Adjunct Professor at Jefferson College.
A member of the Missouri Bar, Jefferson County Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice, Hillsboro Community Civic Club and the Hillsboro Rotary Club, Charlie has served as the President of the Jefferson County Bar Association and the President of the Hillsboro Rotary Club and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
He has been recognized by various legal publications and organizations, including The National Trial Lawyers and Super Lawyers publications. In 2013, Charlie was selected by the Missouri Bar as the recipient of The Tom Cochran Community Service Award. The Tom Cochran Community Service Award is presented annually to a lawyer whose service and professionalism have significantly enhanced his or her community.
Charlie is married to Jan Wooten, and they have three children – Avery, Marin and John Thomas.
